4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For private sessions (such as strategy calls, coaching intensives, or consulting sessions):

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in writing.

- You may reschedule your session one (1) time if proper notice is given.

- Missed or no-show sessions will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

- Habitual rescheduling may result in the cancellation of future appointments without refund.

- For group programs, digital products, or intensives with fixed start dates, no cancellations or rescheduling are allowed once your purchase is confirmed.
